Destinations
FYH Peptides ships worldwide from our Wyoming (US) fulfillment partner. Most countries are serviceable; a small number of jurisdictions cannot be accepted due to import restrictions or carrier limitations. If a destination is unserviceable, we will contact you to refund or adjust the order before dispatch.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. federal holidays) are typically processed the same day, conditional on payment confirmation. Orders placed after that time or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.
Carrier & Transit Time
Domestic US orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International or, where available and at the buyer's election at checkout, expedited carriers such as DHL Express or FedEx International Priority. All shipments include tracking where the destination carrier supports it.
Transit times below are estimates issued by the carriers after dispatch — they are not guaranteed, do not include customs hold time, and may be longer during peak seasons or carrier disruptions:

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected carrier. We occasionally offer free standard shipping above certain order thresholds; current promotions are noted at checkout. Express service is always priced separately.
Customs, Duties & Local Taxes
Local Legality — Buyer's Responsibility
Research compounds are regulated differently in every jurisdiction. Some countries restrict, license, or prohibit the import of certain peptides and research chemicals. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify that the ordered compounds may lawfully be imported into and possessed in their country before placing an order. If a shipment is seized, refused entry, or destroyed by your local customs authority, contact us with the carrier or customs documentation and we will arrange a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
Tracking
You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order ships. For international orders, end-to-end tracking depends on the destination country's postal carrier and may show limited updates after the package leaves the United States. If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days of payment confirmation, please contact us.
Title & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. FYH Peptides LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, mis-delivery, theft after delivery, or damage in transit beyond what is covered by the carrier's standard insurance. Returns & Refunds
When We May Offer a Replacement or Refund
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement or refund for:
- Manufacturer defect — e.g., a vial arrives broken, mislabeled, or with documented chain-of-custody contamination, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
- Carrier damage — e.g., visible package damage on delivery, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and the damaged product.
- Lost in transit — packages with no tracking movement for 14+ business days after dispatch.
- Customs seizure, refused entry, or destruction by a destination country's customs authority — we will work with you to issue a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with the carrier or customs documentation.
- Wrong item shipped — if we ship the wrong product, we will arrange a corrected shipment at no charge.
How to Report an Issue
Contact us via the Contact page within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product, the packaging (including the shipping label), and any damage.
We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
What We Cannot Refund
- Buyer's-remorse cancellations after the order has shipped.
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage.
- Orders refused at delivery without a documented carrier-damage reason.
- Customs duties, VAT/GST, or local import taxes billed directly by the destination country (these are paid to the government, not FYH).
- Orders flagged for buyer-eligibility issues (under-21, refusal to confirm research-use representations).
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at no cost before payment is confirmed and before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, the order is final.
